We all fall short of our goals from time to time. There is some piece of each of our personal histories that is a tale of giving it everything we’ve got and failing. We all make mistakes (some larger than others).
Whether it’s our mojo, a loved one, a project, our keys, or our willingness to dream, we’ve all lost things that matter to us.
Are you willing to recover that which you’ve lost?
Everything is recoverable. No matter what you have lost, it can be regained, although it will likely take a new form.
You may have noticed that anything in life worth having requires effort. If you take a moment to look at all you’ve accomplished in your time here, it’s silly to think that anything is unattainable for you, even where you’ve historically failed gloriously over and over.
All it takes a willingness to take action, and exerting effort in new ways.
The magic moment you’ve been waiting for to get back in the game is now. Right now.
Just for today, take an action to ignite a flame that has gone out in your life. Break out the paints, call someone you haven’t spoken to and tell them you love them, write a poem, clean out a closet.
Everything is recoverable. All it takes is doing something. Anything. Move one box. Wipe the spigot.
Recover something today. You’ll sleep better. 🙂
